Job summary

Brolink is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate the delivery and modernization of Websure Plus, while strengthening the development team. You will design, build, test, and support production systems and help introduce AI capabilities into software delivery and business processes.

Role focuses on solving complex problems, code quality, and mentoring less experienced developers within a Microsoft-driven environment. Centurion-based position in the IT department.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional software-development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET and relational databases.
• Experience delivering APIs and integration services.
• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support production-quality Websure Plus functionality.
• Translate business and insurance requirements into technical solutions.
• Work across front-end, service, database and integration layers.
• Take ownership of complex features from design to production support.
• Deliver maintainable solutions with reusable components and controlled configuration.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated quality controls, and development workflows.
• Support coaching and mentorship of junior developers.
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities within Websure Plus delivery where appropriate.
