• Sage experience beneficial.
• Young, energetic and eager to grow within the organisation.
• No job hoppers — stable employment history required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Client enquiries — Attend to incoming client queries regarding roller shutters and dock levellers.
• Technical assessments — Conduct basic technical evaluations on equipment and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Quotations — Prepare quotations for new installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Costing — Perform costing for machines and equipment requiring repair.
• Key account management — Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure service excellence.
• Job coordination — Assist with scheduling, job cards, and workflow coordination.
• Sage usage — Use Sage for quotations, invoicing or job costing (beneficial).
• Technical support — Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to clients.
