Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming client queries regarding roller shutters and dock levellers.
• Conduct basic technical evaluations on equipment and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Prepare quotations for new installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Perform costing for machines and equipment requiring repair.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure service excellence.
• Assist with scheduling, job cards, and workflow coordination.
• Use Sage for quotations, invoicing, or job costing (beneficial).
• Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to clients.
