Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in game development leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years as a Technical Director or Head of Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing large, diverse engineering teams and complex technical projects.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines, engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity), and various platform technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
