Job summary

Talent Shore is seeking a Contract Technical Delivery Lead to drive the final delivery phase of the MyGK platform, a React and Node.js based customer learning and booking solution. The role requires hands-on leadership, rapid decision-making and the ability to guide junior engineers across time zones.

You will convert sponsor priorities into an actionable backlog, own critical API and data-plane work, and ensure secure integrations with legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering web platforms from early build through production release.
• Strong React and Node.js engineering experience, including secure REST APIs.
• Azure delivery experience with containerised apps, SQL, managed identity and CI/CD.
• Experience integrating modern services with legacy enterprise systems safely.
• Relational database and data‑integration experience; CDC or event pipelines valued.
• Proven ability to work with junior or distributed teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong engineering judgement, balancing simple solutions with robust outcomes.
• Clear written and spoken communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the final delivery phase of MyGK: a React/Node.js platform for course discovery and enrolment.
• Turn sponsor priorities into a lightweight backlog with acceptance criteria and plan.
• Deliver and complete platform capabilities across web, APIs, data layer and integrations.
• Lead integration with the existing booking platform via secure REST APIs.
• Complete data synchronization paths with reliable watermark handling and recovery.
• Drive learner/administrator experience to a coherent release standard with roles.
• Make release readiness visible with tests, health checks and deployment checks.
• Pair with and coach junior engineers; enable the team to maintain delivered work.
