Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web and mobile applications in a hybrid Johannesburg environment.

You will oversee the SDLC, promote DevOps practices, mentor teams, and manage stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet client needs and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer within an enterprise environment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical talent.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience designing and structuring software solutions within enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple technologies and environments.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, attending the office approximately 2-3 days per week.

Team Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Mentor, coach, and support team members in their professional and technical growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead the implementation of development standards, best practices, and processes. Conduct regular performance discussions, feedback sessions, and career development conversations. Drive team engagement, motivation, and delivery excellence. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
