Tumaini Consulting client is seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused Technical Delivery Lead to provide leadership across the full lifecycle of digital technology initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a senior technology professional who can bridge technical strategy, architecture, development, and delivery while guiding technical teams towards practical, scalable, and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software engineering, technology delivery, solution architecture, technical leadership, or a related field.
• Strong software development and engineering capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, databases, APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, and modern digital platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerisation.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, reporting systems, and data integrations.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms and services.
• Strong understanding of secure software development, application security, data protection, and technology governance.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex digital or technology solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical professionals.
