You will receive soft-skills training, support from the Customer Success team, and exposure to cross-functional coordination with SAS and partner teams, while contributing to user adoption and issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must have an undergraduate or higher degree in a relevant field.
• South African citizen with a valid SA ID and fluent English.
• Not older than 30 years old; recruitment aligned with Employment Equity.

Responsibilities

• Support SAS Customer Success in adopting SAS solutions.
• Identify technical educational needs and assist in escalations.
• Coordinate with SAS and partner teams to improve user adoption.
