Job summary

Pype is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to be the primary client-facing contact across multiple accounts while also coordinating internal delivery using a robust requirements process. The role blends client engagement with deep analysis, translating needs into clear briefs for dev, support and product teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with timelines and expectations.

Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus, and the ideal candidate will navigate both enterprise custom work and standard SaaS

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients across the platform.
• Run weekly client standups to track progress, gather feedback and align on priorities.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (dev, support, product) to ensure client needs are understood and delivered on.

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to act as the primary client-facing point of contact across a portfolio of ongoing customer accounts, while also managing the internal pipeline tool that keeps projects on track. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable in a client meeting and in the detail of a requirements document.
