Job summary

Absa Group invites an experienced Senior Manager to lead Technology Strategy & Performance. You will craft the PPB Technology narrative, align CIO domains, and drive a robust performance framework to deliver data-driven insights to executives.

You will own roadmap maintenance, horizon scanning, and governance reporting, ensuring strategy translates into measurable outcomes and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience developing performance frameworks and executive reports.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality performance packs, board submissions, and Exco briefing materials.
• Maintain and refresh strategy narratives and roadmaps with cross-domain alignment.
• Track benefits realization and value delivery across portfolios.
• Provide analytical insights for governance forums and decision-making.
• Manage the performance data infrastructure and reporting calendar.
