Network Finance is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and support the next growth phase in a technology-focused business.

This senior role requires a CA(SA) who understands the pace, complexity and commercial demands of a technology environment and will partner with the executive team to provide strategic financial direction and scalability.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) with 8+ years in senior finance leadership.
• Experience in technology, software, IT or tech-driven environments.
• Proven experience engaging with executive leadership, boards and investors.
• Strong commercial and strategic finance experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning and performance management.
• Oversee finance function including reporting, cash flow, controls, budgeting and governance.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on growth strategy and investment decisions.
