Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Contract Specialist to review, draft, and negotiate technology and services agreements for our client base. You will help ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies while managing risk and aligning stakeholder expectations.

This role offers exposure to global IT services and data infrastructure contracts, with cross-functional collaboration across legal, procurement, and business teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and service agreements (min 3 years).
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance frameworks for technology services.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to resolve contract issues.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
