Job summary

Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages in Athlone, Western Cape, seeks a Team Leader Warehouse to steer the delivery plan and supervise daily warehouse activities to meet safety, cost, and service standards.

You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure stock accuracy and TPM quality while applying SHEQ practices.

The role requires a National Diploma and at least 5 years in FMCG; a valid driver''s license and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FMCG with a track record of continuous improvement.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• ERP system experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a warehouse team to execute the delivery plan.
• Ensure safe, timely, cost-effective operations and KPI achievement.
• Oversee stock and cost management, and TPM quality control.
• Maintain SHEQ compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach team members for operational excellence.

To lead the Warehouse team in the efficient execution of the delivery plan, in a timely, safe and cost effective manner. To lead and manage the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure that daily warehouse tasks are completed to the satisfaction of business standards and internal clients.

Skills, Experience & Education

• National Diploma (NQF 6)(Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar field preferable)

• Microsoft Office proficient, particularly Excel and Power Point
• ERP system
• Valid Driver’s license
• Working knowledge of Problem-solving tools (Continuous Improvement Systems) advantageous
