Job summary

Sigma Connected Group is seeking a Team Leader in the Financial Services sector, based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This role focuses on leading Advisors, driving operational performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance with a strong emphasis on treating customers fairly.

You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work within a fast-paced, customer-service environment, developing talent, coaching performance, and maintaining high SLAs across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services within a BPO is essential.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role is essential.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Advisors to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence to standards.
• Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans.
