Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Team Leader for Warehouse, Distribution and Maintenance in Richards Bay. The role focuses on cooling equipment warehousing, spare parts management, budgeting, route planning, and fleet oversight.

You will drive team performance, provide leadership, and ensure safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards are met while maintaining high quality and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Matric with a 3-year management qualification in Logistics or Technical Service Management.
• 2–3 years of management experience in FMCG/service environments.
• Knowledge of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Code 08 unendorsed drivers licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Plan routes and scheduling for deliveries.
• Manage spare parts inventory and controls.
• Handle fleet reports and information management.
• Ensure SHEQ, safety and quality standards.
