Job summary

Wilson is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to support our recruitment and client delivery teams across multiple roles and locations. You will collaborate with clients and recruiters to identify, engage, and present top talent tailored to client requirements.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll build robust candidate pools, conduct phone interviews, assess fit, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients while keeping data up to date in our ATS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute a sourcing strategy to identify talent.
• Conduct complex internet searches across engines, social media, networks, and databases.
• Build robust candidate pools across positions and locations.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess fit to client requirements and culture.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Update ATS data entry and reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
