Job summary

Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a proactive Resourcer to identify and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, and support consultants with CVs and candidate management.

You will source candidates across multiple channels, conduct initial screens, and develop deep knowledge of client needs to ensure a strong pool of qualified applicants. This role offers on-site work in Centurion with comprehensive on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in resourcing or recruitment support is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for vacancies using job boards, social media, and databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Build and maintain talent pools for key client accounts and high-demand skill sets.
• Register candidates and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Support senior recruitment consultants with CV formatting and candidate management.
• Develop an understanding of client requirements and market demands.
