Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking Branch Advisors to provide compliant financial guidance in a high-volume branch environment within the Mangaung region. You will educate customers, build long-term relationships, and support sales and service targets while adhering to FAIS, FICA, TCF standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 / NQF4 required.

The Branch Advisor role is a critical client-facing position responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice to both walk-in and existing clients within a high-volume branch environment. The role focuses on understanding clients' financial needs, recommending appropriate banking and financial solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring all interactions align with FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and FNB governance standards.

Qualification & Experience Requirement
  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
  • Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
