Job summary

FNB in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial guidance in a high-volume POP environment. You will understand client needs, offer suitable product solutions, and manage ongoing relationships in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF requirements.

You will build strong client connections, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet branch targets while staying current on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
  • Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles
  • Proven ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets

Responsibilities

As a Branch Advisor , you will be responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice and to walk in and existing clients within a high-volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and FNB governance.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

  • minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration,
    Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
