Job summary

Macmillan Davies is recruiting an L&D Partner - Talent Development to help recruitment consultants strengthen their skills and improve their performance.

You'll work closely with allocated teams, delivering recruitment training and personal coaching. With established materials and support available, you can develop your own capability while making a visible difference to others. The role is hybrid in Manchester with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience is essential.
• You will have a track record in developing others and a motivation to build a career in development.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with consultants and managers to understand development needs.
• Deliver recruitment training and provide practical support through call reviews, observation and feedback.
• Coach individuals to improve their approach and achieve their goals.
• Support new recruiters through a structured development programme with progress reviews and one-to-ones.
• Facilitate induction and group training sessions.
• Use performance data and feedback to assess learning impact.
• Contribute ideas to improve development content and delivery.
