Qualifications

• 3–5 years in talent development, learning, organisational development or change management.
• Experience in financial services/asset management is advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs with business partners.
• Design and facilitate learning initiatives.
• Support onboarding and employee development.
• Monitor skills and emerging talent trends.
• Support talent reviews, mapping and career development.
• Measure impact of talent projects and initiatives.
