Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Cape Town is seeking a Training Facilitator reporting to the Regional Training Manager. The role focuses on presenting, assessing and facilitating training interventions in line with industry standards and QMS.

You will coach learners on learnerships to ensure competency and adherence to programme outcomes. Candidates should hold a Grade 12/NQF4, EB driver’s license, and registrations with ETDP SETA/SASSETA, plus 3–5 years in a training environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF 4 is required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel is essential.
• PSIRA E-A Instructor, SASSETA QCTO ASSESSOR/MODERATOR registrations are required or advantageous.
• Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator registrations with ETDP SETA/SASSETA are expected.

Responsibilities

• Present, assess and facilitate training interventions according to Industry and internal standards to meet QMS and best practices.
• Coach and guide learners on learnerships to ensure competence standards are achieved as per programme outcomes.
• Comply with curriculum and training interventions within area of responsibility via effective facilitation and assessment methods.
• Comply with legislative and Quality Assurance guidelines including SASSETA/PSIRA/NKP/SAPS/DoL/PFTC/CAA/QCTO.
