Job summary

The Apex Group in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking a Senior Manager Transfer Agency who will translate strategy into high-quality operational delivery. You will safeguard client outcomes, lead performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across the TA platform.

You will partner with the Head of Transfer Agency, coach senior teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration with senior operational leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and senior-level escalations.
• Strong strategic thinking with deep operational understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day execution of the Transfer Agency operating model with alignment to objectives, regulations, and client expectations.
• Client Experience, Escalations & Service Excellence: Own senior client escalations, ensuring effective resolution and transparent communication.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Provide strong leadership to management and senior teams; coach and develop future leaders.
• Stakeholder & Enterprise Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and scale client engagements.
