Job summary

Nedbank seeks a seasoned Technical Product Owner to drive Temenos Core Banking, Credit, Card & Payments, ATM & POS deployments across Africa Regions. You will own platform configuration, release management, and delivery stability to enable the bank’s transformation and growth across markets.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with business and channels, and ensure governance, risk and compliance across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in technical product ownership or related roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and virtual delivery across multiple markets.
• Strong background in Temenos or core banking platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own Temenos deployment factory and country rollout playbook.
• Accountable for data migration activities and cross-country standardisation.
• Lead vendor management for Temenos and partners.
• Drive platform integration and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Build and lead a technical product team with coaching.
