We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to provide specialist technical expertise in maintaining, optimizing, and upgrading enterprise hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using C# and .NET technologies, with a heavy emphasis on automation, CI/CD integration, and system reliability. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through proactive quality engineering, robust test automation, and seamless DevOps integration within a high-pressure, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Engineering & Maintenance: Install, test, tune, and optimize hardware and software systems (operating systems, data management products, and embedded systems).
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Automation Strategy: Build, enhance, and execute automated test scripts (Selenium preferred) and develop process automation solutions.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and manage test execution via Azure Test Plans.
• API & Backend: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and robust backend services.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through rigorous unit, integration, and automated testing; participate in code reviews and technical troubleshooting.
• Operational Support: Provide support for production environments, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Collaboration: Work within cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, QA, Infrastructure, Business) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance: Adhere to strict governance, security, and industry compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Demonstrable experience with test automation (Selenium preferred).
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and Azure Test Plans.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development.
• Experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Core Competencies: Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies; proficiency in Git for version control.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to the Azure cloud platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
