Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Analysts, development teams, business users, project teams and vendors to provide end-to-end production and project support for all applications in production.
• Assist in promoting the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and enhance information flows.
• Coordinate and facilitate annual working sessions for the roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Build professional trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations across levels.
• Ensure adherence to system development lifecycle processes and contribute to design, documentation and training material.
