Qualifications

• Liaise with BAs, development teams, business users, project teams and vendors to provide end-to-end production and project support.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with stakeholder needs and RMB change process.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adhere to the system development lifecycle and apply a consistent framework across the business.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Analysts, development teams, business users, project teams and vendors to provide end-to-end production and project support.
• Assist in promoting shared infrastructure and application roadmaps to reduce costs and enhance information flows.
• Coordinate annual roadmap sessions and ensure alignment with BT priorities and business objectives.
• Prepare documentation for design of solutions meeting system and security requirements.
