Responsibilities

Liaise with business analysts, development teams, business users, project teams and vendors to provide end-to-end production and project support for applications in production and to improve efficiency of performance and related processes.
Promote the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and enhance information flows.
Ensure roadmaps have targets and are validated against business objectives.
Partner with business and technology leads to translate requirements into suitable technology solutions and coordinate annual roadmap working sessions.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations through proactive communication.
Plan and deliver on projects, manage resources, and provide feedback on progress.
