Job summary

Cape Town-based sustainability consultancy seeks a Sustainable Design Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. You will work closely with the CEO and Team Leader on allocated projects and ensure timely delivery across design, certification and reporting.

The role emphasizes practical capability, collaboration and ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will engage with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams and contribute to improving sustainable-design

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on sustainable-design consulting experience.
• Experience with Green Star SA, EDGE, LEED or similar frameworks.
• Experience coordinating inputs from architects, engineers and clients.
• Ability to produce structured, technically sound documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ownership of sustainable-design projects or workstreams.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, programmes and certification requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Prepare clear reports, assessments, presentations and client deliverables.
