Job summary

Placements24 is sourcing a Sustainable Design Consultant to enhance architectural projects in Upington, Northern Cape and beyond. You will guide teams on energy efficiency, materials, water conservation, and occupant well-being to achieve greener buildings.

You will advise on design strategies, conduct energy performance analyses, and support green certifications while staying abreast of evolving regulations and technologies relevant to the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in sustainable design principles and practices.
• Knowledge of green building rating systems and performance simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to environmental design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for advising diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
