Qualifications

• Must hold Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) and SACAP registration.
• 7+ years architectural experience; at least 3 years in sustainable design.
• Proven experience leading sustainability initiatives on medium to large projects.
• Proficient in sustainability modelling software (Ecotect, IES VE) and CAD/BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of green building rating systems and environmental legislation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
