Job summary

Engen Petroleum Limited is seeking a Sustainability Data & Reporting Specialist to coordinate sustainability initiatives across divisions, ensuring data quality and ESG compliance. You will lead Engen-wide data collation, develop auditable monthly reports and dashboards, advise on control gaps, and support energy and carbon initiatives with internal stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in science/engineering/environment and about 6 years in sustainability, CSR, or related fields, with

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Sustainability, Environmental Management or related
• Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility
• Qualification in Sustainability (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Lead Engen-wide management of sustainability data, ensuring timely, accurate, and auditable reporting across the organisation.
• Consolidate monthly data and reporting of water, energy, waste, fuel usage, KMs travelled and other ESG KPIs, align with corporate targets.
• Develop and implement QA for verification of data against source documents.
• Verify accuracy of reported data and advise on control gaps; strengthen data controls.
• Conduct targeted training for data owners and operations teams.
• Serve as liaison with operations and municipal authorities for data flow and compliance.
• Provide data-driven insights and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Assess ESG requirements and advise on compliance and market trends.
• Coordinate sustainability projects and carbon credit opportunities and related reporting.
