Sygnia is seeking a detail-orientated SURF Client Servicing administrator to provide administration and servicing support for SURF brokers and their funds across the Cape Town and Durban coastal regions.
DUTIES AND DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and provide ongoing servicing support for the SURF brokers and their funds across the Cape Town and Durban coastal regions.
- Prepare, co-ordinate and issue all SURF quotations nationally, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely turnaround.
- Act as a centralised support point for brokers and consultants in relation to SURF administration and quotation requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, brokers, consultants and service providers to resolve queries and ensure efficient processing of transactions.
- Maintain accurate administration records, supporting documentation and quotation files in line with internal processes and compliance requirements.
- Monitor outstanding items, follow up on requirements and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Support service delivery improvements by identifying process gaps, recommending efficiencies and helping to standardise administration practices.
- Take ownership of allocated administrative tasks and provide reliable support to accommodate growth within the SURF portfolio.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma/Degree Advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee Benefits
- Previous experience with umbrella fund administration and/or standalone retirement fund administration
- Working knowledge and experience of Everest (administration system) advantageous
