Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Support Functional Consultant for Commerce & CDE on a contract basis in South Africa. The role concentrates on Dynamics 365, ERP implementation, and coordinating project work with client teams.

You will oversee initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and timely completion while addressing manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field required.
• Solid Dynamics 365 experience and ERP implementation knowledge.
• Proven project management experience across teams and projects.
• Ability to deliver projects on time using formal PM methodologies.
• Experience in construction/IT/ERP project management is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution processes.

Contract position

• A bachelors degree or master degree in a related field
• Dynamics 365 experience
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager or ERP project manager.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Understanding of ERP implementation
• COM = Commerce
• CDE = Cooler, Depot & Equipment.
• Support Analyst with Commerce experience
• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Warehousing, the movement of product from Warehouse to store
• Understanding the difference between Big Supermarket requirements and small Cafe type, refrigerator limitations etc
• Understanding the sales process, returning of good and distribution.
• Dynamics 365 experience
