As a Support Engineer, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists to provide expert support for telecommunications technologies and test & measurement solutions. The successful candidate will assist with solution deployment, troubleshooting, technical presentations, and ongoing customer support across telecom environments. You will engage with Core Signalling Networks, IP Core Networks, and network service assurance platforms while helping customers optimize network performance and reliability. • Proven troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability to diagnose complex network and service performance issues
• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Network Service Assurance solutions
