Qualifications

Bachelor level engineering in electronics or telecommunications.
Knowledge of Core Signalling Networks and IP Core Networks.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for telecommunications solutions and services.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues within telecom and IP network environments.
Assist customers with solution deployment, configuration, testing, and integration activities.
Deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagements and technical proposals.
Analyze network performance data and recommend optimization strategies.
Support Network Service Assurance and Test & Measurement platforms.
Escalate and coordinate resolution of critical customer issues with vendors and internal teams.
Maintain technical documentation, support records, and customer reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
