Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Solution Systems Lead in Cape Town to optimize our supply chain systems, analyze current processes and implement improvements to enhance inventory management, order fulfilment and logistics.

You will gather requirements with stakeholders, design scalable solutions, coordinate with IT, vendors and business users, ensure data accuracy and governance, develop tests and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Senior developer in Merchandise, Supply chain and retail domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in system design, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis: Conduct analysis of existing supply chain systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to document system requirements and align with business goals.
• System Design and Implementation: Design and implement scalable enhancements and ensure integration with IT architecture.
• Data Management and Compliance: Oversee data accuracy, governance and audit readiness.
• System Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and validate new features for reliability and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for stability and adoption of best practices.
