Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, Supply Chain and Sourcing, Analytical Thinking, Organisational Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Process Orientation, Project Management, Presentation Skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor key metrics across Supply Chain and Sourcing to measure performance and highlight risks or opportunities.
• Investigate ways to enhance business processes, improve efficiencies and reduce costs/waste in the pipeline for optimal results and profitability.
• Provide support to sourcing and merchandising on queries regarding port lead days, ship-by dates and closure periods.
• Communicate with merchandising and sourcing on delays of shipments and quantify the impact on the order book.
• Coordinate with Shipping on light-load approvals, containers and shipping issues.
• Communicate and implement processes across stakeholders on goods at returns, recalls, quality defects.
• Compile, evaluate and analyse reports on key measures across the supply chain to maintain agility and optimization.
