Qualifications

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on operations within the FMCG sector .
• Proven track record in managing complex supply chains and achieving operational efficiencies.
• Expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
