Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Supply Chain Executive in Howick, South Africa, to own the full supply chain from procurement to delivery. You will lead a team spanning Procurement, Production, Industrial Engineering and Dispatch, reporting to the Commercial Director and CEO.

This senior role requires strategic thinking, strong numbers orientation and decisive leadership. You will drive S&OP, OTIF and cost of sales, optimise manufacturing network, and build resilient supply chains ready for growth

Qualifications

• A degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of senior supply chain or logistics leadership experience.
• Strong FMCG/food/manufacturing background with end-to-end supply chain ownership.
• Hands-on S&OP leadership across demand, supply, manufacturing and finance.
• Experience with multi-site warehousing and 3PL management.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end supply chain across procurement to delivery.
• Lead S&OP consolidating demand planning, supply, manufacturing, inventory and finance.
• Own OTIF, stock accuracy, inventory investment and Cost of Sales.
• Drive manufacturing performance: capacity, throughput, bottleneck removal.
• Manage inbound/outbound transportation strategy, budgets and optimisation.
• Build scalable supply chain ready for growth, new products and geographies.
• Review and optimise manufacturing/warehouse network for cost and service.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and 3PL partners.
• Identify supply chain risks and enhance agility and resilience.

We’re looking fora Supply Chain Executive who can take ownership of the full supply chainjourney from procurement and manufacturing right through to warehousing,dispatch and delivery.

This is a seniorleadership role for someone who loves strategy, numbers, people and gettingthings done. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and CEO whileleading a team across Procurement, Production, Industrial Engineering andDispatch.

What you’ll deoing

• Own and optimise the end-to-endsupply chain, driving better cost, service, quality, efficiency andreliability.

Requirements

• A degree in Supply Chain, IndustrialEngineering, Logistics, Business Science or a related field.
• 8-10+ years' senior supply chain orlogistics leadership experience.
• Strong experience in FMCG, food ormanufacturing.
• Proven ownership of an end-to-endsupply chain, including manufacturing planning and plant performance.
• Hands-on experience leading a fullS&OP process across demand, supply, manufacturing and finance.
• Strong understanding of OTIF,inventory, stock integrity, Cost of Sales and transport costs.
• Experience managing multi-sitewarehousing and 3PL relationships.
• Strong ERP experience.
• Experience with network design,capacity planning or supply chain footprint optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinaryteams across procurement, production, engineering and logistics.
• Strong commercial and financialacumen, with the confidence to work with senior executives, suppliers andcustomers.
