Placements24 is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the supply chain from their Sandton office. The role covers procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning to improve cost, reliability, and responsiveness across the business.

Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills, with 5+ years in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, and experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS and advanced data analysis capabilities.
