Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain coordination, or similar role.
• Familiarity with logistics operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Based in or willing to commute to Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with transportation providers to obtain quotes, book shipments, and resolve transit issues.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates.
• Assist in the procurement process by placing orders and monitoring supplier lead times.
• Process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
• Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and other supply chain metrics.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and delivery.
