Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement activities and supplier communication
- Manage inventory control and stock accuracy across operations
- Oversee stock movement, replenishment planning, and inventory optimisation
- Handle foreign purchasing and import-related coordination
- Drive cycle counts, stock investigations, and stock variance resolution
- Support logistics and warehouse coordination to ensure operational continuity
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and procurement execution
- Maintain accurate reporting, inventory records, and ERP system integrity
- Collaborate with operational, finance, and commercial teams to support business performance
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Inventory Management
- 4–5 years’ experience within:
- Procurement
- Inventory Control
- Logistics / Supply Chain
- Exposure to:
- Industrial
- Manufacturing
- Trading environments
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows and inventory management principles
- Experience managing high-value inventory environments
Technical Requirements
- Strong ERP systems exposure:
- Syspro (highly advantageous)
- SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel capability
- Strong reporting, inventory analysis, and operational systems understanding
