About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain and Operations Manager to lead and integrate supply chain functions with overall operational strategies in Richards Bay . This role is instrumental in optimizing the flow of goods, managing inventory, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency to support business growth. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing, logistics management, and driving operational improvements that impact cost, quality, and delivery. This is a key leadership position for an individual with a strong background in both supply chain management and operations within the industrial sector of KwaZulu-Natal .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods.
• Oversee daily operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, plan production, and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain and operations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements
