Responsibilities

This is what your will do

In this position you are the first point of contact for our customers and you will provide them with advice regarding risks, financial statements and internal controls. Our client bases includes family owned businesses, international operating companies as well as not for profit organizations. On a regular basis you will also visit your clients. We don’t have a specific sector focus and that’s why you will service clients in all kinds of different sectors, which makes the job more challenging.

You take the lead in terms of assignments, supervise the (senior) assistants and review their work. You are responsible for completing the assignments within time and budget and are accountable to the manager or senior manager.

Our requirements

• You are a qualified CA(SA) Accountant.
• You have 4 until 5 years of relevant work experience in audit practice of renowned accounting firm.
• Your current client base is focused on medium and large scale companies.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• You are good at analyzing, planning and managing.
• You are creative, service-oriented and know how to get things done.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• You are eager to learn Dutch and integrating in the Dutch society.
