Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or a related subsurface discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in subsurface exploration and production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in successful exploration and field development projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the subsurface team (geologists, geophysicists, reservoir engineers).
• Oversee interpretation of geological and geophysical data for exploration and field development.
• Manage reservoir characterization, performance analysis, and production forecasting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all subsurface activities, including geology, geophysics, and reservoir engineering, to drive successful exploration campaigns and optimize production from existing assets.
