Emeris, based in South Africa, is hiring a Student Advisor to drive student recruitment and engagement at our Waterfall Campus. You will present Emeris to schools, conduct interviews with prospective students, and assist them through applications and registrations.

Ownership of targets for interviews, applications and registrations is central to the role. Qualifications include a 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/PR/Communication and at least 2 years of sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools to showcase Emeris benefits.
• Distribute marketing materials and interact with students to generate interest.
• Represent the brand at career expos and stakeholder events.
• Meet monthly targets for collecting school databases and interviews.
• Proactively call prospective students and schedule interviews.
• Assist with online applications and ensure payments and scheduling.
• Conduct interviews using scripts and build rapport with students/parents.
• Drive applications and pre-registration fee payments; meet targets.
• Support campus registrations and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain daily reports, call logs, and CRM updates.
