Job summary

You will conduct career consultations, manage inquiries, and coordinate interviews, contributing to a strong applicant pipeline and student success strategy. A degree in Sales or Marketing supports success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 Years experience in Sales or Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Conduct School Presentations to matriculants and create brand awareness in the allocated zone.
• Markets the brand in new areas.
• Does presentations at schools to raise awareness of what RC has to offer students.
• Cold calls parents to market the brand
• Represent the brand at career expos.
• Facilitates stakeholder events and fosters strong relations through educators’ conferences.
• Make follow up calls to prospective students.
• Invite them for interviews to discuss prospective career options.
• Follow up on online applications as submitted by prospective students.
• Respond to online and telephonic enquiries.
• Conduct career consultations according to RC Process / Guidelines.
• Advise students of the application closing date.
• Assist students in filling out the application form.
