Overview
Our client, a national Tertiary Education Institution, is currently looking to employ a Student Advisor (Undergraduate) to their dynamic team based in Gqeberha.
Requirements
- A 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
Presentation & Marketing
- Deliver engaging presentations at schools to showcase the institution’s offerings.
- Distribute marketing materials and interact with students to generate enquiries.
- Represent the brand at career expos and stakeholder events.
- Achieve monthly presentation targets as per school priorities.
Database Collection
Collect and expand school databases to meet monthly targets.
Interview Management
- Make proactive calls to prospective students and schedule interviews to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Follow up on online applications, confirm proof of payment, and arrange appointments.
- Respond promptly to online and telephonic enquiries.
- Conduct structured interviews with students and parents to build rapport.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual interview targets.
Application Processing
- Assist students with completing online applications during interviews.
- Follow up on unpaid applications to secure payments.
- Run regular calling campaigns to convert interviews into applications.
- Ensure pre-registration fees are paid and applications are accepted.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual application targets.
Registration Conversion
- Support the campus in converting applications to registrations to meet annual targets.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily reports including call reports, interview trackers, and CRM updates.
- Ensure application forms have valid supporting documentation.
- Provide updates and reporting as required by management.
