Job summary

IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, seeks a Student Advisor to drive brand awareness and recruit new students. The role focuses on school presentations, career expos, and campus engagements to grow enrolments and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications include an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and 1–2 years in sales and customer service, plus a valid driving license. Must be able to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create brand awareness in the allocated zone by conducting school presentations and marketing the RI brand.

Job Purpose:

The student advisor is responsible for recruiting new students through the application of the Rosebank International methodology, effective stakeholder relationship management and brand awareness.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creating Brand Awareness

• Conduct School Presentations to matriculants and create brand awareness in the allocated zone.
• Markets the brand in new areas.
• Doespresentations at schools. In order raise awareness of what RI has to offer students.
• Cold call parents to market the brand.
• Represent the brand at career expos.
• Facilitatesstakeholder events and foster strong relations through the hosting of educators’ conference.

Recruitment of students:

• Make follow up calls to prospective students.
• Invitethem for interview to discuss prospective career options.
• Followup on online applications as submitted by prospective students.
• Respondto on-line and telephonic enquiries.
• Conductcareer consultations according to RC Process / Guidelines.
• Advisestudents of the application closing date.
• Assiststudents in filling out the application form.

Minimum Requirements:

• Advances Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7 / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field (Ideal)
• 1 - 2 years sales experience.
• 1 - 2 years customer service experience.
• Valid driving licence
